Ingredients
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 14 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- garlic powder
Method
- Mix all together in a zip-lock bag.
- Add beef, pork, chicken or fish.
- Marinate at least 4 hours.
- Overnight gives most flavor.
