Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup chopped half-sour pickles
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon finely minced fresh tarragon
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Combine the sour cream, pickles, horseradish and tarragon in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve chilled.
