Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. water
- coarse salt
Method
- Thaw and soften bread dough.
- Divide into 16 equal pieces. Roll into a rope 15 inches long.
- Twist each rope into pretzel shape.
- Place on greased cookie sheet.
- Beat egg and water.
- Brush pretzels with egg mixture and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.
