Ingredients
- 2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 c. mushroom stems, diced
- 1 small box frozen spinach
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb. sausage (out of casing)
Method
- Clean mushrooms, cutting off stems.
- Saute onions and stems in butter.
- Cook sausage and drain.
