Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. cooked tomatoes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 c. hot milk
Method
- Melt butter; stir in flour until well blended.
- Chop tomatoes and add to flour mixture.
- Cook until thick.
- Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Gradually add hot milk; cook and stir until boiling point is reached.
- Remove from heat.
- Good served over rice.
