Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 6 large eggs
- 3 c. sifted cake flour
Method
- Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add salt and vanilla; beat well.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Beat in well after each addition.
- Stir in flour; spoon mixture into 10-inch tube pan.
- Grease and flour pan.
- Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
