Ingredients
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
Method
- Mix flour, salt and sugar.
- Cut in Crisco.
- Beat egg, water and vinegar together.
- Add to flour mixture.
- Knead well.
- Divide into 5 balls.
- Chill 1/2 hour before rolling out.
- (Can put extra pie crust in pans and put in freezer.)
