Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 c. sifted flour
- jam
Method
- Combine first 3 ingredients.
- Divide dough in half and chill. Roll out 1/2 at a time, about 1/4-inch thick.
- Cut with small round cutter.
- Place 1/2 teaspoon jam on each cookie.
- Bake on ungreased sheet in moderate oven, 350°, for 20 minutes.
- Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
