Ingredients
- 1 (3 lb.) chuck roast
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. steak sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place roast in center of sheet of aluminum foil about 2 1/2-inches long and 1 1/2-inches wide. Combine remaining ingredients; spread on meat.
- Seal foil securely.
- Place in baking pan.
- Bake 3 1/2 hours or until tender. Spoon gravy over roast before serving.
