Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb.) chuck roast
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. steak sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Place roast in center of sheet of aluminum foil about 2 1/2-inches long and 1 1/2-inches wide. Combine remaining ingredients; spread on meat.
  • Seal foil securely.
  • Place in baking pan.
  • Bake 3 1/2 hours or until tender. Spoon gravy over roast before serving.
