Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix milk and egg.
- Add to flour mixture.
- Stir until blended. Knead lightly.
- Roll very thin.
- Cut in strips.
- If more broth is needed, add milk and a little butter.
