Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 cup heavy cream
- 12 warm water, as needed
- salt, to taste
Method
- Place walnuts, garlic and oil in a food processor and process into a paste, adding up to 1/2 cup of warm water, throught the feeder tube, to thin down the paste.
- Spoon mixture into a bowl and add the cream.
- Beat well to mix, then season to taste.
- Add to pasta, and thin out with pasta water, if needed.
- Enjoy!
