Ingredients
- 2 cans sauerkraut, drained
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 small jar pimentos, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Method
- Place sauerkraut in colander; rinse with cold water.
- Drain well.
- Combine sauerkraut, onion, celery, green pepper and pimentos in a large bowl; mix well.
