Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 4 bouillon cubes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. kluski noodles
- 1 qt. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large can sauerkraut
Method
- Brown ground beef in large ovenproof pan (6-quart).
- Salt and pepper meat to taste and add onion, bouillon cubes, cream of mushroom soup, water and sauerkraut.
- Stir thoroughly; add noodles. Cover and bake in a 350° oven for 2 hours.
- Stir occasionally and add more water if necessary.
- If too watery toward end of baking, remove cover.
