Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. frozen pork sausage meat, thawed
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 cup grated Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 4 large flour tortillas, (warmed)
Method
- BROWN sausage; drain.
- BEAT eggs and milk; stir into sausage.
- Cook until set.
- Remove from heat; stir in cheese and salsa.
- SPOON about 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the egg mixture in centre of each tortilla; roll tightly.
