Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery

Method

  • Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
  • Combine with cheese, soup, mayonnaise, onion, salt and Worcestershire sauce in medium saucepan, heating carefully until well blended.
  • Remove from heat. Add crabmeat and celery.
  • Pour into mold and chill until firm. Serve on lettuce.
