- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
Method
- Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
- Combine with cheese, soup, mayonnaise, onion, salt and Worcestershire sauce in medium saucepan, heating carefully until well blended.
- Remove from heat. Add crabmeat and celery.
- Pour into mold and chill until firm. Serve on lettuce.
