Ingredients
- 1 pound crab meat backfin
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 each eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 x garlic minced, to taste
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients and form into small cakes.
- Saute in butter.
- Serve hot with tarragon sauce (see separate recipe).
