Ingredients
- 6 to 8 pork chops
- 6 to 8 potatoes
- small head cabbage
- 2 medium onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Place chops on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Slice potatoes over top of chops to cover.
- Slice cabbage over top of potatoes to cover.
- Slice onions over top of cabbage.
- Mix mushroom soup with only enough water to rinse can out.
- Pour over all layers in dish.
- Add salt and pepper. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chops are tender.
