Ingredients
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp shortening
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
Method
- In a double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate chips and shortening, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in raisins and almonds.
- Drop by tablespoons onto tinfoil/wax paper.
- Cool.
- Yield: About 2 dozen.
