Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 to 4 cooked chicken breasts
  • 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (7 to 10 oz.) can salsa
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • garlic salt or powder
  • 1 bag unsalted tortilla chips

Method

  • Mix soups and sour cream together.
  • Layer:
  • chips, chicken (cubed or pieces), salsa, soup-sour cream mixture, cheeses (grated) and olives.
  • Repeat.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350° covered with foil.
