- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 to 4 cooked chicken breasts
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 (7 to 10 oz.) can salsa
- 1 can sliced black olives
- garlic salt or powder
- 1 bag unsalted tortilla chips
Method
- Mix soups and sour cream together.
- Layer:
- chips, chicken (cubed or pieces), salsa, soup-sour cream mixture, cheeses (grated) and olives.
- Repeat.
- Bake 1 hour at 350° covered with foil.
