Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon KRAFT Fat Free Italian Dressing
  • 1 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
  • 1/8 pound romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1/2 fresh, medium whole tomatoes
  • 1 medium banana, sliced

Method

  • Mix cottage cheese and dressing.
  • Shred lettuce and slice cucumber, green pepper and tomato.
  • Top pita bread with lettuce, 4 slices of cucumber, 4 slices of green pepper, 2 tomato slices and cottage cheese mixture.
  • Enjoy the remaining sliced veggies on the side, along with a banana for dessert.
