Ingredients
- 10 large marshmallows
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
Method
- Melt marshmallows and jello in hot water.
- Cool slightly.
- Add cream cheese and stir until well blended.
- A few chunks of cheese and marshmallow will still remain.
- Add pineapple juice.
- Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
- Add crushed pineapple and nuts. Chill until firm.
- Serves 10.
