Ingredients
- 1 (1 to 1 1/4 pound) package vanilla flavored candy coating or almond bark, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries or dried cherries
- 1 (3.25 ounce) jar macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
Method
- Line cookie sheet with foil.
- Melt candy coating in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cranberries and nuts.
- Spread on foil lined cookie sheet.
- Cool completely.
- Break bark into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
- Store in tightly covered container.
