Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 c. canned cream-style sweet corn
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Beat eggs slightly.
- Add corn and flour and mix well.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into 1-quart casserole.
- Set in a pan of hot water and bake in moderate oven (350°) about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until firm.
- Makes 6 servings.
