Ingredients
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- In a bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
- Beat egg white until stiff.
- Coat pecans with egg white; add cinnamon mixture.
- Coat nuts.
- Bake at 250° for 1 hour.
- Stir every 15 minutes.
