Ingredients
- 4 lb. tart cooking apples, pared, cored and cut into chunks
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Combine ingredients in a 4-quart saucepan.
- Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until apples are tender, about 20 to 25 minutes.
