Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- You may use a mixer.
- Put in a 2-quart casserole dish or 2 (1-quart) casserole dishes.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°, uncovered.
