Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • 1 cup wild rice Oriente World, cooked
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 2 strips dried tomatoes in olive oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mozzarella grated
  • 1 red pepper cut in strips
  • arugula

Method

  • Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Use olive oil to grease an ovenproof skillet well, sides and bottom.
  • Place the wild rice, water, egg white, garlic, flax seed, and dried tomatoes in the blender, and mix to a thick paste.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and pour the mixture into the pan spreading it well.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven, and using a spatula, turn the dough on the other side and bake for another 15 minutes.
  • The pizza is ready when the dough starts to separate from the sides of the pan.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese, strips of red pepper, and arugula leaves.
  • Cut and serve.
