Ingredients

  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 can Comstock cherries or blueberries

Method

  • Combine crumbs, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and 1/4 cup of sugar in a bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Butter a 9-inch spring-form pan and pat the crumb mixture over the bottom and up the sides.
  • Chill.
