Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen white corn
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash of nutmeg
Method
- Blend half a bag of corn in blender until pureed. Add remaining ingredients, except corn. Stir in remaining corn. Pour in greased casserole dish and bake at 300° for 1 hour.
