Ingredients
- 1 lb. cooked macaroni (elbow or shell)
- 4 carrots, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3/4 lb. American cheese, grated or small cubes
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all together and refrigerate for a few hours or longer.
