Ingredients
- 1 c. kernel corn
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
Method
- Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine.
- Mix corns, cornbread mix and eggs.
- Add with sauteed mix.
- Put in large casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
