Ingredients
- 1 can condensed cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- dash of pepper
- 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- dash of paprika
Method
- Combine soup, milk, parsley and pepper.
- In 1 1/2-quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and sauce. Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
- Uncover; bake 15 minutes more or until potatoes are done.
