- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 4 teaspoons crushed garlic
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 14 cup olive oil
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 5 leaves recao or 12 cup cilantro leaf, chopped
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 12 cups water
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 4 ounces capers
- 1 ounce vinegar
- 1 (4 ounce) can roasted red peppers
Method
- In medium pan, add oil and saute peppers and onions.
- Add remaining ingredients, except tomato sauce, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce.
- Serve!
