Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method
- 1. Blend all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) in a food processor (not blender) until smooth.
- 2. Gently mix in the chocolate chips.
- 3. Store any extra in the refrigerator.
