- 2 lb. ground meat
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix, made into a corn bread and cooled
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 c. water
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 2 small green peppers, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
Method
- Cook ground meat and ground pork in 2 tablespoons peanut oil. Add onions, green peppers and parsley flakes.
- Cook down for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Then add bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 cup of water and corn bread (crumbled up).
- Salt and pepper to taste.
