Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix, made into a corn bread and cooled
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 2 small green peppers, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic

Method

  • Cook ground meat and ground pork in 2 tablespoons peanut oil. Add onions, green peppers and parsley flakes.
  • Cook down for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Then add bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 cup of water and corn bread (crumbled up).
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
