Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. shrimp per person
- 1/4 lb. sausage per person, cut in 2-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 to 2 ears corn per person, cut in 2-inch cobs
- chopped celery
- chopped onion
- seafood seasonings
- salt
Method
- Bring large pot of water to boil (twice as much water as ingredients).
- Add 1/4 cup salt per gallon of water.
- Add seasonings, celery and onion.
- Add sausage; boil 7 minutes.
- Add corn; boil 7 minutes.
- Add shrimp; boil 4 minutes.
- Drain and serve in large bowl or tub.
- Serves a crowd.
