Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cut up
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices ham, cut up
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can creamy chicken mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. herb stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine

Method

  • Place chicken in buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
  • Add next 3 ingredients in order.
  • Combine soup and water; mix well.
  • Add to casserole.
  • Toss stuffing mix and melted butter; sprinkle over top.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
  • Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
