Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cut up
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 slices ham, cut up
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can creamy chicken mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. herb stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Method
- Place chicken in buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
- Add next 3 ingredients in order.
- Combine soup and water; mix well.
- Add to casserole.
- Toss stuffing mix and melted butter; sprinkle over top.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
- Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
