Ingredients
- 8 oz. braunschweiger (room temperature)
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/4 c. finely chopped dill pickle
- 1 Tbsp. each: grated onion and Dijon mustard
- 2/3 c. chopped parsley
Method
- Mix
- well braunschweiger, cream cheese,
- pickle,
- onion and Dijon style mustard.
- Chill until firm
- enough
- to handle. With oiled hands shape in 1 or 2 logs.
- Roll in parsley.
- Wrap tight and refrigerate overnight.
