Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 medium potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • salt
  • butter
  • paprika

Method

  • Pare and boil potatoes until tender; mash.
  • Beat together cream cheese (softened) and sour cream.
  • Add the hot potatoes and beat until light and fluffy.
  • Spoon into buttered casserole and brush with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Can be prepared ahead and put in oven just before serving time.
  • (Reheat leftovers in microwave.)
