Ingredients
- 8 to 10 medium potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- salt
- butter
- paprika
Method
- Pare and boil potatoes until tender; mash.
- Beat together cream cheese (softened) and sour cream.
- Add the hot potatoes and beat until light and fluffy.
- Spoon into buttered casserole and brush with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Can be prepared ahead and put in oven just before serving time.
- (Reheat leftovers in microwave.)
