Ingredients
- 5 c. flour
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. soft margarine
- 1 1/2 c. very hot tap water
- 2 eggs
Method
- Mix 2 cups flour, yeast, margarine, sugar and water.
- Beat. Add remaining flour.
- Knead 5 to 10 minutes.
- Let rest 15 to 20 minutes.
- Shape into daisy bread.
- Refrigerate 2 to 48 hours. Remove from refrigerator.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
- Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
