Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/8 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
Method
- Cook carrots until tender.
- Mix carrots, onions and green pepper.
- Pour dressing over carrots and let stand in covered bowl for 2 or 3 days.
