Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 2 eggs
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. raisins
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Cream together sugar, oleo and eggs. Add bananas, honey and milk.
- Sift together baking powder, salt and flour.
- Add dry ingredients to banana mixture.
- Stir in oats, raisins and nuts.
- Put batter in greased muffin tins or cupcake pan.
- Bake 20 minutes.
