Ingredients
- 2 lb. broccoli
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 small can French fried onions
Method
- Frozen broccoli, thaw and drain.
- Put in large casserole dish. Layer Swiss cheese on top.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
- Spread over top.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until broccoli is tender.
- Remove foil; sprinkle onions on top and bake additional 10 minutes.
