- 2 cups Fresh Pumpkin, Or Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Banana, Sliced
- 1 Green Apple, Peeled And Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (salt And Sugar Free)
- 3/4 cups Coconut Milk Or A Dairy Free Milk Of Your Choice (almond, Rice)
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Mixed Spice
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Essence
- Your Favorite Toppings (See Recipe For Suggestions)
Method
- Peel and slice pumpkin into small cubes. Steam until very soft, drain.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until silky smooth and creamy. Add a dash of water if you feel it is too thick.
- Pour into bowls. Top with sliced fruit, nuts and seeds of your choice. Dust with a little ground cinnamon and enjoy!
