Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Pumpkin, Or Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Banana, Sliced
  • 1 Green Apple, Peeled And Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (salt And Sugar Free)
  • 3/4 cups Coconut Milk Or A Dairy Free Milk Of Your Choice (almond, Rice)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons Mixed Spice
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Essence
  • Your Favorite Toppings (See Recipe For Suggestions)

Method

  • Peel and slice pumpkin into small cubes. Steam until very soft, drain.
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until silky smooth and creamy. Add a dash of water if you feel it is too thick.
  • Pour into bowls. Top with sliced fruit, nuts and seeds of your choice. Dust with a little ground cinnamon and enjoy!
