Ingredients
- 1/2 head large cabbage (or 1 small head)
- 1 medium size carrot
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Method
- Shred cabbage and carrot on grater in large bowl.
- Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in small bowl.
- After thoroughly mixed, add to cabbage and carrot; mix.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
