Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 egg, beaten into
  • 1 c. water

Method

  • Peel and quarter potatoes, mix flour salt, pepper, cheese in plastic bag.
  • Moisten potatoes in egg mixture.
  • Put oleo on cookie sheet and melt in oven.
  • Put potatoes in flour mixture and coat. Arrange on cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
  • Turn potatoes once.
  • When golden brown sprinkle with parsley if desired.
