Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 egg, beaten into
- 1 c. water
Method
- Peel and quarter potatoes, mix flour salt, pepper, cheese in plastic bag.
- Moisten potatoes in egg mixture.
- Put oleo on cookie sheet and melt in oven.
- Put potatoes in flour mixture and coat. Arrange on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
- Turn potatoes once.
- When golden brown sprinkle with parsley if desired.
