Ingredients
- 6 chicken cutlets
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 round Gouda cheese (I use 1 c. sharp Cheddar)
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Grease casserole.
- Lay cutlets over broccoli.
- Mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice and spread over cutlets.
- Grate cheese and arrange on top.
- Sprinkle generously with bread crumbs.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
