Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Method
- In bowl, beat eggs with fork.
- Add flour, salt and baking powder.
- Stir until well mixed and a stiff dough.
- Add small amount of water if needed.
- Put on floured counter.
- Knead a little.
- Roll out until thin.
- Use as much flour as needed.
- Let set 1 hour.
- Turn; flour again and let set another hour.
- Roll in jelly roll fashion.
- Start cutting in strips on one end.
- Use plenty of flour.
- Cook in broth of your choice.
- Makes large pot of noodles.
