Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sliced dried beef
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 large chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved lengthwise
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
Method
- Run cold water over dried beef.
- Drain and arrange on bottom of baking dish.
- Place halved chicken breasts over beef.
- Top each half with a slice of bacon.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Combine condensed soup and sour cream.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake 25 minutes longer.
- Makes 6 servings.
