Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sliced dried beef
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 large chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved lengthwise
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream

Method

  • Run cold water over dried beef.
  • Drain and arrange on bottom of baking dish.
  • Place halved chicken breasts over beef.
  • Top each half with a slice of bacon.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Combine condensed soup and sour cream.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Bake 25 minutes longer.
  • Makes 6 servings.
