Ingredients
- 2 c. cranberries
- 3 c. chopped, unpeeled tart apples
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. uncooked regular oats
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Combine cranberries, apples and sugar in a lightly greased shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Combine brown sugar and flour.
- Cut in butter with pastry blender.
- Stir in oats and pecans.
- Sprinkle mixture over cranberries and apples.
- Bake at 375° for 1 hour, until golden brown.
